ACT LAB Expands Pennsylvania Operations with New Cannabis Testing Laboratory in Harrisburg
Lab facility supports PA’s expanding medical cannabis market and positions ACT LAB for the state’s anticipated adult-use program
Harrisburg, PA – October 28, 2025 – ACT LAB, one of the nation’s largest cannabis and hemp testing networks, has officially launched full-scale operations at its new state-of-the-art laboratory in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, enhancing its ability to serve the state’s growing medical cannabis market and positioning the company to support proposed adult-use legalization.
The new facility, ACT LAB PA – East, is fully operational and equipped with advanced technology to deliver accurate, timely testing for potency, microbial contamination, pesticides, heavy metals, and other key compliance requirements.

The launch of the new lab was marked with an open house on October 28, which welcomed customers, cannabis industry professionals, regulators, and state lawmakers for a behind-the-scenes look at the facility and an opportunity to connect with ACT LAB’s scientific and leadership teams.
