ACT LAB’s New York location recently transferred its ISO accreditation to A2LA. We partnered with SC Labs to create the Trust in Testing Certification to set a higher standard for robust, accurate, and reliable cannabis testing. ACT LAB is also a DEA-registered hemp testing lab.

We provide a 2-24 hour response time on logistics and pickup scheduling, same-day sample collection and processing (for samples received before 1 PM), and the fastest average turnaround times (TaT) on test results for speed to market. View state specifics for cannabis testing below:

• Florida: sample pick-up provided Monday – Friday with results reported in 4 business days.
• Illinois: sample pick-up provided Monday – Friday with results reported in 4 business days.
• Michigan: sample pick-up provided Monday – Friday with results reported in 4 business days.
• New York: sample pick-up provided Monday – Friday with results reported in 4-5 business days.
• Ohio: sample pick-up provided Monday – Friday with results reported in 4 business days.
• Pennsylvania: sample pick-up provided Monday – Friday with results reported in 5 business days.

*Turnaround times are based on sample(s) being received at the laboratory before 1 PM on the day of pick-up.

Test results are distributed via email and are also accessible on the ACT LAB Client Portal.

ACT LAB performs additional replicate testing to confirm every failing result. If a failure is unexpected, we provide follow-up support to address the root cause and help you find a solution so you can pass future testing!
