Jamie Condon serves as the Regional Account Executive for Pennsylvania and Ohio. Jamie is responsible for identifying, maintaining, and growing relationships with cannabis license holders in her region. Jamie has over four years of experience in the cannabis industry and puts emphasis on communication when upholding client expectations. This industry-specific expertise results in long-term relationships that pivot and thrive in the ever-changing landscape of our growing industry.
Although her education was focused on Architecture, Jamie’s passion allowed her to successfully pivot to the world of B2B sales and marketing. Having a deep passion and belief in the cannabis plant has driven her ability to identify grower processors’ needs and provide effective solutions, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In Jamie’s free time, you will find her outdoors with her family and dogs, hiking, whitewater rafting, and traveling.
Arnold Galvan serves ACT LAB as V.P. of Business Development. Arnold brings expert-level experience in sales and supply chain management. He is highly focused on customer service, ensuring that his current and future customers are supported in successfully getting their products to market.
Arnold worked in sales and leadership roles during his 28 years in the pharmaceutical industry with GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, and Organon. His pharmaceutical career included roles as a National Payor Marketer for a large company that focused on both customer and patient access and on the customer experience.
He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Advertising/Marketing. Arnold is also a Certified Medical Representative (CMR), in Medical Business Management.
On weekends, you will find him immersed in family activities with his wife of 32 years and his family who all reside in Texas.
Amber Middlebrook serves as the Regional Account Executive for Michigan. Amber is responsible for cultivating relationships in the Michigan market and managing expectations with the laboratory. She works closely with her customers to best understand their business needs and objectives to ensure a successful long-term relationship. Amber is a veteran in the industry with over four years of experience watching ACT LAB evolve into a multi-state operation.
Prior to ACT LAB, Amber served as a high-achieving B2B sales representative at a Fortune 500 company.
Amber received a bachelor of business administration from Swan Valley State University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, home improvement projects, reading, and burning calories at her local CrossFit gym.
Mallory is the VP of Commercial Development, focusing on developing services tailored to Cannabis cultivators and processors beyond the standard compliance test. Mallory’s experience managing a multistate processor brings a unique perspective to ACT Laboratories, ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard throughout the organization.
Prior to joining ACT, Mallory worked as the Senior Director of Processing and Formulations at Holistic Industries, where she oversaw research and development (product and processes), hydrocarbon, ethanol, and CO2 extraction, edibles and infusion kitchens, and the Analytical QC Program in 7 states (CA, MI, MO, MA, PA, MD, DC). In addition to overseeing all processing and analytical operations, Mallory was the key decision-maker and point of contact for all third-party testing relationships nationally. Previously, she assisted in the validation of Lectenz® products at Lectenz®Bio in customer applications including affinity chromatography, Western blot, and kinetic measurements.
Mallory received her academic training in Biochemistry from Auburn University. In her free time, Mallory can be found with her nose in a book or catching a flight to one of her bucket list travel destinations.
Nick Ursul serves as the VP of Business Development with ACT LAB. Nick’s role focuses on the national scope with an emphasis on multi-state cultivators. Working with ACT’s executive leadership team and department leaders, Nick initiates, develops, and manages the client experience. Nick joined ACT in November 2022 with over 25 years of medical and pharmaceutical sales experience.
Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Voted “Most Athletic” in school, Nick is excited about the potential benefits of combining Cannabis and Fitness.
